When people do what they love and what they are good at, lots of good things happen. We facilitate cultures that thrive by providing small, low impact ways for employees to develop and find their passion.

How it all started

About five years into her career, the founder discovered that she was routinely given tasks she didn't like. When she dug deeper, she realized that her manager assumed she liked many of these things because she was "good" at them. After several fruitless conversations, she developed a basic tool to communicate "stuff she liked" and "stuff she was good at." It worked. A few years later, she worked with a group of developers to make the tool a reality. She now provides it free to anyone interested in focusing on "stuff you like" and "stuff you're good at."

Christina Schultz


I love it when people enjoy and are good at what they do. This passion has been developed and refined by 12 years in the interactive learning industry as well as five years in finance. Facilitation is where I am in my element, and I've had the opportunity to facilitate for a wide variety of Fortune 500 companies for over a decade. I have a Bachelor's from Wake Forest University and an MBA from the Yale School of Management. I participate in the local community by chairing the Economic Development Commission for the City of Golden, and serving the Visit Golden Marketing Committee. I have a life time goal of running a half marathon in every US state, and as of June 2019, I've completed 14. I live in Golden, CO with my husband, and our two dogs Ska and Odin.

Shawn Niemiec

I am a proactive, results driven facilitator with over 20 years of progressive expertise in the financial services industry and sales training. Through an accomplishment-driven career and a demonstrated history of building, leading, and executing financial and business acumen and team-building programs, I push behavior change that drives a variety of results. I have facilitated training for all levels of leadership and always emphasize the connection between what is being learned and the bottom line (or double bottom line). I have a bachelor's degree in Political Science, an MBA, and a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
